2025 Spring Simulation Summit Vendor/Sponsor Registration
As noted on the agenda, the timeframe would include time for sponsors visitation before and after the conference and during the three breaks.
The cost of sponsorship would be a single fee of $400 with no additional fees or costs. Included in sponsorship would be space to showcase company products and programs during the above mentioned timeframe. Lunch, Wi-Fi, tables, power, and other supplies as need all included in the single fee for sponsorship. We will place the sponsors Company Name and Logo on all published and electronic advertising, correspondence, and give acknowledgement during the KCRSA presentations. Attendees names and emails will be provided at the conclusion of the conference.
