This event brings simulation operations professionals and educators together to explore two powerful resources—the Simulation Operations Needs Assessment Tool and the Simulation Educators Needs Assessment Tool—in a practical, relatable, and fun way.

Through shared insights, real-world examples, and interactive discussion, we’ll dive into how these tools can uncover gaps, clarify priorities, and support smarter decisions in staffing, training, and program development.

Whether you’re troubleshooting day-to-day challenges or planning for long-term growth, you’ll leave with fresh perspectives, actionable takeaways, and a renewed sense of connection to a community that truly understands your work.

KCRSA Research Committee is hosting a series of research or simulation curriculum roundtables this year for those involved in simulation research to share scholarly projects they are working on for feedback and idea/ resource sharing. Members can attend to learn about local simulation research, provide members feedback on their projects, and connect with others. You can also present your project- email us to inquire about presenting.
